Dans un environnement globalisé\, lorsqu’un dommage survient\, plusieurs personnes y ayant contribué peuvent être identifiées. Outre la responsabilité de l’auteur principal\, celle du complice (qui par définition ne joue qu’un rôle accessoire) est de plus en plus envisagée dans les juridictions étrangères.
